Lage gastronomy & café is open in Jūrmala
Continuing to expand the Lage Gastronomija network, the 14th Lage gastronomy & café opened on July 1st in Jūrmala, at the Rimi shopping center, Viestura Street 22.

Our gastronomies and cafés are now available in three cities in Latvia - Riga, Ādaži, and now also Jūrmala.

Our gastronomies and cafés are now available in three cities in Latvia - Riga, Ādaži, and now also Jūrmala.

Lage Gastronomija offers high-quality confectionery products, salads, soups, lunch sets, Gan bei restaurant sushi sets, WOK dishes, as well as frozen products - handmade dumplings and homemade ice cream.

Products are available for both takeaway and on-site enjoyment.

In our gastronomy & café, you can also order a wide range of festive cakes and banquet snacks.

Gan bei supports the chess tournament participants
The Tournated Open chess tournament took place at the Welton Riverside SPA hotel this May, with 37 participants in various classes.

Gan bei's goal is to support the development of sports in Latvia, and for this tournament, the restaurant acted as a partner in organizing the event.
The tournament winners received Gan bei gift cards.

The tournament was organized in cooperation with the Baltic Chess Academy and used a special online platform - Tournated.

This week, our salespeople embarked on an emotionally rich journey to our production facility. They became acquainted with all the processes involved, felt the story behind the creation of each product, and met the chefs and pastry cooks who perform daily miracles. By observing the masters' skills in making dumplings and tasting freshly baked pies, they gained not only new knowledge but also unforgettable impressions.
New menu with Indian dishes
In April, we're celebrating the birthday of Deep Ram Verma, the head chef at Gan Bei. To mark the occasion, we've introduced a new menu that showcases all of our delicious Indian dishes.

Deep Ram Verma was born in India and learned to cook in both Delhi and London. He's been our head chef for over 20 years, since 2002.

Chef Verma's goal is to create dishes with unique stories and to make everyone feel like part of our big Gan Bei family.

Our new drinks are crafted under the guidance of Denis Smirnov, a professional bartender and board member of the Latvian Federation of Bartenders.

Denis is an accomplished bartender who recently won gold at the 2023 World Cocktail Championship for the best technical performance in the "Sparkling Cocktail" category.
Gan bei is currently working hard to delight our guests with new, tasty, and original cocktails very soon.

Denis is an accomplished bartender who recently won gold at the 2023 World Cocktail Championship for the best technical performance in the "Sparkling Cocktail" category.

Denis has honed his skills over the years. He was nominated for the "Best Cocktail of the Year" award in 2010 and was recognized as the best bartender in Latvia in 2013. In 2017, he excelled in the first stage of the Creative Twister Classic cocktail competition and has also participated in various bartending championships outside Latvia.

Our new cocktails are expected to be available in mid-spring.
Lage Gastronomija celebrated Easter at Imanta's orphanage
Representatives of Lage Gastronomija joined children at the social support center "Imanta" to help create festive atmosphere, treating the center's residents to a variety of delicious Easter-themed sweets.

"Imanta," a division of the Riga Children, Youth, and Family Social Support Center, serves as a long-term care and rehabilitation institution. It offers housing, comprehensive care, and rehabilitation services for orphans and children without parental care. In total, 48 children and young people reside there, including those with special needs, ranging in age from 2 to 18 years old.

Gan bei restaurant now open in Dubai
We are proud to announce that Gan bei restaurants have now conquered Dubai!
Our first Dubai Gan bei is open in the Circle Mall JVC, on the 2nd floor.

This is not our first restaurant outside Latvia. We have been operating in the Lithuanian market for seventeen years, where six Gan bei restaurants are currently successfully operating. Meanwhile, relatively recently - in December - the second restaurant opened its doors to visitors in Poland.

Gan bei restaurants have been welcoming their guests since 2002. At this moment, we can proudly boast of already having 23 restaurants.
Lage gastronomija is adding Michelin flavors to its range
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Lage Gastronomija.

To celebrate this special occasion, we have decided to collaborate with the famous celebrity chef, TV host, and honorary member of the Michelin Guide 2019, Yuri Kovryzhenko (@yurii_kovryzhenko), for our in-house production.

Petro Gudzovaty, a finalist in the sushi World Championship and one of the most one of the most highly desired sushi masters in the industry, will be butchering a tuna weighing more than 100 kg in front of the guests, followed by preparing a delicious dinner based on fresh tuna.

Entertainment will be provided by the amazing Armands Simsons and the captivating DJ Maija Rozīte.
There will also be a quiz with valuable prizes.

Lage Gastronomija treats children to Easter sweets
To bring joy to children and young people with special needs this Easter, Lage Gastronomija shared sweets with the little participants of the holiday event "Easter in Latvia."

The Easter celebrations for these children were held at the premises of the NVO "Development Kaleidoscope" as part of the "Travel Around the World" project. During the event, the youngsters enjoyed various Easter activities including relay races and creative workshops, followed by a delicious feast at a lavishly set Easter table.
